Our organic Virgin Coconot Oil is produced from the flesh of freshly picked, ripe coconuts. The coconuts are harvested by hand and brought to the oil mill. There, the flesh gets grated, dried carefully, pressed and filtered. the result is a clear, aromatic oil, witch is not refined or bleached. Nor does it get hydrogenated and deodorized.

Virgin Coconut oil crystallizes at temperatures below 26°C and is therefore solid most of the year. In addition, it is very heat-stabel and because of its high content of medium-chain fatty acids, like lauric acid, it is suitable for a ketogenic diet. The coconut palm trees are not sprayed with pesticides.

Organic creamed coconut is a natural product from finely ground coconut meat. Its fine taste and aroma is an enrichment for sweet and spicy dishes. Our creamed coconut can be used as an alternative to dairy products when dissolved in warm water. It’s neither bleached nor hydrogenated and at temperatures below 26°C it is firm and therefore easy to portion.

Organic coconut flour is made from fresh, white coconut meat. First it is dried, then the oil gets extracted. The press cake then is dried further and finely ground into a coconut flour.

It is characterized by an intensive taste and its natural sweetness. The flour can be used as a 10-15% substitute for (wheat) flour in most recipes to increase the protein content.

Also, the amount of sugar used can be reduced due to its sweetness. As it is gluten free and high in fibre, it’s an enrichment to every conscious diet.

Organic coconut cream/milk UHT/aseptic is extracted from 100% fresh mature coconut meat. Coconut cream has a fat content of 24%. Coconut milk is available with a fat content of 8 – 22%.

For the production the producer employees the most advanced UHT and aseptic packing technologies to preserve the natural freshness and flavor without adding preservatives.

Organic coconut powder is made of organic coconut cream (80% fresh coconut flesh, 20% water), organic coconut paste and organic coconut flour. It is obtained by a patented, gentle freeze- drying process and therefore particulary tasteful.

Our organic coconut powder consists of 100% pure coconut- no added sugar, flavors, colorants or milk protein. Moreover, it is lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan.

Organic coconut blossom sugar is made from coconut blossom sap. The inflorescence of the coconut palm tree is tapped and the sap is collected, filtered and heated under controlled temperatures. During the caramelization, small sugar crystals form – our coconut blossom sugar. It is neither refined nor bleached. It dissolves easily and is characterized by a delicate flavour of caramel and high content of potassium and zinc.

The biological diversity is protected as the coconut palm trees grow in their natural surroundings. Our suppliers are small scale farmers. Coconut blossom Sugar is said to be the most sustainable sugar as 50-70% more sugar per hectare can be obtained as opposed to cane sugar. This is because there is no need for clearing the woodland as new inflorescences are fully formed every 4 to 6 weeks. The harvest can take place without detriment for the environment.

Our organic coconut chips are made from fresh, white fruit flesh of coconuts which is grated and dried. We offer three different flavours.

“Sweet Mascobado”: roasted and refined with Mascobado sugar (not refined cane sugar) they are the sweet variety.

“Hot Chili”: Our spicy chips are refined with chili after roasting.

“Indian Curry”: The chips in oriental style receive a special flavour thanks to the balanced blend of spices.

Organic coconut blossom syrup is made from coconut blossom sap which is collected by tapping the inflorescence of the coconut palm tree. The sap is filtered and heated under controlled temperatures. As it is neither bleached nor refined, the result is a sweet, golden brown syrup with a pleasant caramel flavour.

Coconut blossom syrup is an alternative for maple and agave syrup and has a higher content of potassium. The biological diversity is protected as the coconut palm trees grow in their natural surroundings. Our suppliers are small scale farmers.

Coconut Sap is a sweet juice that exudes from coconut blossoms or unopend inflorescence. It contains enzymes, natural acetic acid and wild yeats as well as amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

All these nutrients present in the vinegar start the natural fermentation process. As the vinegar ages, sediments start to form. They are a natural characteristic of pure, unadultered organic Coconut Blossom Vinegar.

Our Coconut Blossom Vinegar is unique and cannot be compared to the regular coconut vinegar which is being produced from old coconut water.
